EXECUTIVE POSITIONS: NOMINATIONS at the April Meeting, SPEECHES at the May meeting, VOTING after the May meeting and ANNOUNCED at the RODDY AWARD

COMMITMENT INVOLVES: participation at all Thespian meetings (first Wednesdays of each month, Leadership meetings (Tuesdays before Thespian meetings), as many Thespian events as possible, being a part of the coolest text group ever

Producer: Mrs. Marshall: get events on the calendar, money distribution, collect money, Remind for meetings and events

President/Director: auditions, rooming lists, Roddy awards, Drama-palooza, Thespians @ the Theatre

Vice President/Assistant Director: auditions, rooming lists, Roddy awards, Drama-palooza

Stage Manager: roll at meetings, collect point sheets, drama mama/thesbros, call order at meeting, send meeting notes to Mrs. Marshall to publish via Remind

Marketing/Publicity Director: posters, announcements, social media, t-shirts/hoodies, photography, yearbook photos and help create our yearbook pages

Bookkeeper: keep a notebook of events and costs, make lists of things needed for events and costs for future use,

Production Management Team (inducted Thespians, rising sophomores & juniors only): workshops, t.a.i.l.s., whose lion is it, pajama drama party

Technical Liaison: tech needs for all events, ushers, house management

Director of Audience Services: thank you notes
